For over 35 years, she has advised clients in Argentina and abroad on the creation, protection, enforcement, and commercialization of their intellectual and industrial property rights, as well as other intangible assets.
Before entering private practice, she served for 10 years as a law clerk to Chamber I of the Federal Civil and Commercial Court of Appeals, where she developed her expertise in this field.

Attorney with more than 40 years of professional practice, dedicated to providing comprehensive legal advice to local and foreign companies in contractual, corporate, and dispute resolution matters.
He is a co-founder of ECUMEN, a firm he has been part of since 1990 and where he currently serves as Managing Partner.
His practice focuses on the strategic management of litigation, the negotiation and structuring of contracts, and the legal support of companies in growth, reorganization, and key decision-making processes, both in preventive and contentious matters.
